STRETCH COMMAND!! If your obliques are getting tight, do the half rainbow to loosen them up a bit. The other day I did a ton of candle stick dippers and oblique twists so my body was BEGGING for this stretch. Try 30 seconds each side. @lhjmagazine February 2014 issue.
